There is a farm that we like to go to every fall that has many different fall activities for families to do. On our first trip to the farm, I discovered they also have a strawberry patch during the spring. I have wanted to go pick strawberries since we moved here, but I always seem to forget about it until it's too late. But this year, I finally remembered and we were able to go! It was so much fun-even though the day we decided to go it rained all morning and was a little bit muddy. Logan of course didn't mind the mud and just went out and started picking berries-red, green, whatever color; we showed him to only pick the red ones and we ended up with a great batch of strawberries! We bought a gallon bucket from the farm and filled it up. I wondered what we were going to do with so many strawberries, but they were so DELICIOUS!!! They didn't last long! We might see if we can make it back down one more time before the season is over.
